Originally I planned on making the font based on embroidery machines, but then decided to change my plan. I switched concepts because I decided on creating a poster to go with the font; the poster's theme being "censorship". The biggest challenges with this font was following the rules I had put in place for myself (only connected black bars were allowed), as well as letters like K, X, and B.
With this assignment, I have learned to look at fonts more closely, including their individual anatomy instead of just the placement as a whole. I have already noticed the effects of this project when studying others' works.
